• Tournament & Team Information: Tournament name, sport type, venue, team names, owner names, contact numbers, and team logos.
• Media & Device Storage: Access to device storage or camera solely when you choose to upload team logos, tournament posters, or player profile pictures.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to facilitate live sports auctions:

• To list players in the tournament auction pool and display stats during live bidding.
• To enable team owners to log in and participate in real-time bidding for players.
• To save tournament history, team rosters, and auction results for organizers.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertising networks.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your auction data is stored locally on your device and synchronized with secure servers to enable multi-device live bidding. We implement industry-standard security safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access.

4. Camera and Storage Permissions

Auction 11 requests access to your camera and photo library exclusively for uploading tournament posters, team logos, and player photos. You may revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings.

5. Data Deletion and Retention

Organizers and players have full control over their data. Organizers can delete auctions, teams, and players directly within the app. To request permanent deletion of your profile data from our servers, you may contact our support team.
