- Profile & Sports Data: Team names, player names, tournament fixtures, scores, match statistics, and optional profile pictures/team logos uploaded by you.
- Device & Usage Data: Basic device information, operating system version, and crash logs to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal app performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your user account.
- To record, calculate, and display live match scores, leaderboards, and tournament standings.
- To facilitate in-app updates and ensure app security.
- To respond to user support requests.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is only processed through trusted service providers necessary for app operations:
- Firebase (Google LLC): For secure authentication, database hosting, and crash analytics.

All sensitive communications between the 4th Umpire app and backend servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We implement rigorous safeguards to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You have full control over your data:
